Dr. Namit Gupta

Dr. Namit Gupta is a distinguished medico-legal practitioner with over 10 years of experience in public health and clinical research. He has held senior research positions at AIIMS — one of India's premier medical institutions — conducting approximately 15 field epidemiology studies and drug trials.

With 15 publications and 30 professional presentations to his credit, Dr. Namit brings a research-oriented, evidence-driven approach to every medico-legal matter he handles. He is the primary point of contact for new client inquiries.

Education & Training

Dr. M.C. Gupta

Dr. M.C. Gupta is one of India's most distinguished "doctor-turned-lawyer" professionals — holding both MBBS and MD qualifications from AIIMS alongside LL.B and LL.M degrees. He was admitted to the Bar in 2001 and has been practising at the intersection of medicine and law ever since.

He served as a faculty member at AIIMS for 18 years and subsequently as Professor and Dean at the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW) for a decade. He holds an MPH from the University of San Carlos, Guatemala and is a Fellow of the National Foundation of Clinical Forensic Medicine.

A prolific author, Dr. M.C. Gupta has written approximately 25 books on medicine, health, and law — making him one of the most published medico-legal experts in India. He received the National Citizen Award in 1992 in recognition of his outstanding contributions.
